Sewcial Stitchers

Both groups are getting on really well – we cover a great range of skills: cross-stitch; long-stitch; blackwork; openwork; tapestry; canvaswork; knitting; crochet; English patchwork, and more.

Each member generally brings along what they are currently working on, and we stitch whilst we chat, helping each other out with advice, tips, suggestions and so on. There are loads of books and patterns to look through – getting ideas for our next project (or the one after that).

There are spaces especially in the Thursday group, so if you are interested in taking up a new skill or learning a new technique, or if you have a half-finished ‘heirloom’ at the back of the cupboard, please come and see what we do.
