Instructions for how to register your vote – to elect a Committee for Frinton Walton and District u3a.
We would, of course, welcome members to attend the meeting on September 4th at McGrigor Hall but electronic, postal, or handed in votes are equally acceptable, and will enable us to meet the required quorum. We would encourage all members to vote as we cannot proceed as a u3a without a viable committee.
All voting papers must be received by Wednesday 26th August 2026.
Registering your vote can be done in any of the following ways:
- You can vote entirely electronically on our website: https://frintonwaltonanddistrictu3a.org.uk/
– complete the attached form online – just tap the box and it will fill automatically (no lining up needed).
- Save the completed form and send it as an email attachment to: AGMVoting@FrintonWaltonAndDistrictu3a.org.uk
AGMVoting@FWDu3a.org.uk should also work
N.B. This email address should be used for voting purposes only. All other communications should be channelled through the official Committee email addresses.
- Complete the attached form/ print form and post it to:

- Complete the attached form/ print the form and hand it to a Committee member.
N.B. If you are going to attend the SGM in person, you do not need to use this form, if you do complete this form you CAN’T vote at the meeting
