A Global Flavour

This group will concentrate primarily on culinary tastes around the world. The cuisine, the ingredients used, what foods are grown in the area which has helped to create their individuality.

To add an extra interest, discussions are to be had about the country, its climate, peoples and history, or whatever is of interest. It will be light-hearted and will not take itself too seriously. Fun and armchair travel is the key.

Each month a meal will be served based on the recipes available from that country to add to the authenticity. It will be interesting to see if ingredients can be bought in local supermarkets and how we manage to create the dish.

Also, even more important to note, the group is open to men as well as women! and no passport required. There will be a cost to cover the ingredients which is expected to be around £3 each session.
